Hm, I feel gross/ dissatisfied/ whiny if I don’t eat any protein really at breakfast. I gots to have peanut butter or something, dunno about you.
Yeah, I think that was it. After that yucky breakfast experience I’ve gotten really into beans. Beans AND meat together. Or beans AND eggs. Protein makes a huge difference. (And I’m gonna need lots of it if I’m going to win my get awesome mega-ripped 2k12 challenge… so, there’s that.)
